Mid-Week Update 06/11/26

Dear Harvest Family

Our time together in prayer this past Sunday night was sweet. I thank God for being part of a church where the saints seek His face before they seek His hand. Continue to be in prayer for the upcoming mission trips and VBS.

BREAKFAST and BAGS
Men, this Saturday is Breakfast and Bags. Click the image below to register. This is a great way to invite friends and family, and an opportunity to bring your son (JH or older). There will be a testimony, breakfast, and a corn hole competition. See you there!

BENEVOLENCE FUND
The primary way God designed care to happen in the church is through relationships. In the New Testament, believers shared burdens, opened their homes, provided meals, encouraged one another, and stepped into practical needs together (Acts 2:42–47; Romans 12:13; Galatians 6:2). Our small groups are intended to be one of the first places where care and support happen at Harvest Lakeshore. The Benevolence Fund is not designed to replace personal ministry or community responsibility; rather, it serves as a structured and accountable way for the church to assist when needs exceed what individuals or groups can reasonably provide. We want to be a church where people are truly known, cared for, and supported both personally and practically. Be in prayer for how the Lord wants you to be part of the offering that will happen on January 28th.

VBS
Lastly, if you have not yet signed up to serve in VBS, we still have opportunities for you this summer. You can sign up by contacting Kylie Stein at vbs@harvestlakeshore.org or going to the VBS info page. Also, kids can register to attend on the VBS info page.

See you Sunday as we continue our series in Galatians.

In Christ,
Jamie
