Mid-Week Update 8/14

Dear Harvest Family,
You all did a fantastic job with so many details for the church picnic this past Sunday. It was so much fun. Also, thank you for your warm welcome of Al Pino and his wife, Desi, this past Sunday. They felt your love and care as Al shared about what God is doing in the GCC and as Al opened God's word. If you missed Sunday's message, I would encourage you to watch it here.
Financial Peace University
Please register to attend FPU this fall. We have pre-bought some workbooks, but it would be helpful to have a final count a few weeks in advance if we need to order more workbooks. You can register here if you have not already. If the registration fee is keeping you from registering, please reach out to the church office at admin@harvestlakeshore.org to request a scholarship.
Vision Sunday
The first Sunday of September, we are going to take time during our morning service to recount the many ways God has been faithful this past year, and I will take some time to share the vision God has laid on my heart for the coming year. Plan to come early for refreshments and fellowship.
Prayer meeting moved to September
We are postponing Sunday Night's prayer meeting until Saturday Morning, September 13th. Stay tuned for further details.
